Moved to cash

With the Nasdaq's breakout, our trading model has liquidated the other positions to move to cash.

We're shifting our focus to developing an automated futures trading system that takes advantage of intraday volatility. Initial development looks very promising, with very high return potential on very low risk.

Open Positions: none.

Like the sound of that! Love your blog, btw... very informative and analytical.
Your commentary has been very helpful for me in timing my trades. Keep up the very good work.
Are you planning on offering it on , by any chance?
I enjoy reading your blog and picking up some new things. Any regrets for sitting out Friday's rally?
I never post on this things but had to say Great blog!

Thought you had a good first entry for the last short. Add final on the second entry.

I think we see some good down side this week.
Dave -- We haven't planned what we will be doing with our new system yet. In any case, we are starting by using it with our own funds, with promising results so far. After establishing a strong track record, we'll decide what to do from there.
2nd Anonymous -- No regrets. After development and backtesting, our new system is already trading both long and short and making very good returns both ways. We continue to tweak and test it, and plan on expanding it to different areas.
